(1) The Chairperson and member shall be the full time officials in the commission.
(2) The Chairperson and member are not entitled to work in other places during the period of holding a post in the commission.
(3) The remuneration, conditions of service and other facilities of the commission shall be as equivalent to remuneration, conditions of service and
facilities of the Chief office bearer and members of other constitutional bodies.
